Falling Out of War

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

Falling Out of War

Post by Hanal »

In my new game playing Sweden, I now find a situation which I have not encountered before.......I captured Zealand and needed to redeclare war on Denmark in order to lay seige on Jutland and Trondheim....for two turns the seiges took place, but then on the third turn I noticed they stopped and I had to redeclare war on Denmark all over again....two turns later, the same thing, the need to redeclare my war with Denmark in order to get the seiges up and running....

Am I missing something here?....I saw no political messages where the Danes offered surrender, so I do not know if this is a bug, or I am looking in the wrong place....

This is exactly the situation of my North African Ulcer, that put a stop to my British expansionist, imperialist dream irreparably. Would it, too, be addressed in the upcoming patch?
