Jeez - didn't realize that you had one of these in the General Forum!

It looks like that tri-motor Italian transport. I'll have to look the name on this up...

There were several tri-motor transports built by the Italians. The thing is, most of them had fixed undercarriages. In addition, this one looks like it's got an open bomb bay.

The only people that jump out head first on a static line jump are Germans! The Italians had an airborne unit? The jerries must have trained them.

Their were Several Italain Airborne units, the Italians put a lot of effort into military parachuting between the wars and the first large scale units were being formed in 1938. Their were also several Comando units, and Divishion Sized units, like the Nembo and Folgore Divishions. These were defenatly Elete units.

O BTW I am an Italian Fanboy[:)]
