No elite tank units?

Hi

I m an SP old timer who just found out about SPWAW :]

Lots of new stuff to discover but here s an observation for 2 weeks of play: where are the "elite" tank units? Like GD or SS for the germans or Guards for the soviets?

The Soviets get Guards Tank units in October of 1941, which are elite, and all German Panther and Tiger units, from section upwards, available from October of 1942 onwards, are also elite. This applies to some StuG's and JPz's as well.

In some cases, this starts to deteriorate: the Panther Plt [3], for instance, which becomes available in June of 1944, is not elite.
