That the only experienced pilots are those that start out the war. And the rest come in at with basic training...

In other words getting rid of the pilot pools altogether...

No, i do not agree with the method. I would rather have a different training system entirely.

Plus, these on map training programs take supplies so we are modifying supply usage. Dangerous.
