Hot Seat game pop-up messages

When you play a hotseat game with several human players, the pop-messages regarding surrenders and such are displayed during the execution phase without any owner.

For example Britain surrenders to France. All countries set to human control.

During the execution phase, you will see "We surrendered to France", "Our allies surrendered to France", "Britain surrenders to us", etc, except you can't tell who is "us" or "we" because nothing in the pop-up declares the owner (like for example the little national flag during a trade request).
