feature request: total factory output

Could you please put total factory output on the "Production Summary Screen"?

You have the total resources very nicely summarized, but for factory output I have to add up the output of every territory individually. I frequently run into this when I am trying to figure out whether it is best to repair captured resources or captured factories...

Similarly, I think it would be great to have a "total" row in the "Region Info Screen", where you could observe the total factory output, resources, population, etc, for you or your opponent. Again, I often add the columns myself. I'd rather let the computer do it.

In addition, population totaled by nationality would be nice to have somewhere.

Yes it would be nice. But we probably will not see that until WAW2. Lets just hope there will be.
