Problem with Order

I placed my order back in June. I know the game has not shipped yet, but when I check my order it says backordered as the status and tells me my card has not been billed. It also says "click here" to complete order, which I have done at least twice with no change in the status. Is everyone else's pre-order like this? In reading some of the posts, some people have been billed. I just want to make sure I will get my copy of the game with the pre-order shipments.

My order was placed on June 4th. It says backordered and pending shipment. Nothing about my card not being billed. I know my card was charged back in June.

I checked the order status again and I was wrong about the card not being billed. That was for a different order that I never completed.
