Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

I was unable to PM or e-mail this to Eric, so I guess I'll just have to put this out in front of everyone:

I really, really like this game. In spite of its (few) warts I cannot recall being this caught up in a game in years. Thank you, well done and (of course) keep working!

yes the game (pardon the comparison) feels like a good RTW, with less budget, but better ideas. I mean, the campaign map is great. The detailed battles I like a little less, but the diplomacy is close to everything I'd want (although even a little diplomacy with the minors would be nice!)
