Instructions will be posted just a bit later tonight along with the press release. It will basically be a two step process for qualified upgrade customers - 1. Enter your order ID to get a serial number 2. Register in our Members Club with your serial number to download the free upgrade. More info soon.

Herc, Kmac,

I'm checking into this with Shaun, if we have some Order IDs missing from the upgrade database, we'll add them in tomorrow. I'll post here as soon as I have more info.

Enter in your order number, not your serial number. This may help. If you don't have your order number request it from esellerate Puresims old partner.

Hi guys,

Be sure to enter your order number, not your serial number. Also, apparently there were a few people who purchased the game after I took it down from the Puresim web site (after 8/29 basically).

I just passed the order information for those people along to Matrix, so if you were one of those folks you should be able to get your upgrade serial number later today/tonight as soon as Matrix updates the database.

Shaun, I bought it on first release, and it's telling me my order number is invalid.

If you e-mail us at support@matrixgames.com with your real name and these comments, we should be able to look you up and see if you are in the upgrade database or not.

As far as I know, everyone who purchased PureSim Baseball 2005 should qualify for the 2005 Gold Edition upgrade, but earlier versions do not qualify.
