Mostly, but it depends on how old. I'm not sure where the cut off point is.

All leagues from the previous 2 versions of the game (PureSim 2004 and 2005) will import just fine.

do you know how to import pics for the real players?

boomsmack, keep in mind that PureSim doesn't come with those pictures. If you want them, you will need to find someone who has created a face pack containing that decade's players. The face pack I downloaded had real players but it only had them until the 80's; there were no pictures for the 90's.
