From that thread, an interview with Jeremy Nance, still my all time favorite PureSim player and a member of the PureSim Universal Hall-of-Fame.
Interview excerpt Excerpt from an interview with Jeremy Nance:

Interview with Jeremy Nance
By Dan D. Ric
Transcript from WBSOX radio

Dan: Jeremy, thanks for talking with us today.

Jeremy: No problem Bob, always glad to speak to one of you newspaper guys.

Dan: Uh, I’m Dan and we’re on the radio.

Jeremy: Oh yeah, Dan.

Dan: Jeremy, one of the amazing things about your career is the fact that you have never missed a starting assignment in over eleven years, how do you account for your durability?

Jeremy: Well Dan, I always eat a lot of greasy fried foods, especially right before a game, I think the grease helps keep my joints nice and loose.

Dan: Hmm, that seems to go against the advice of most nutrition experts…

Jeremy: Most nutrition experts don’t have over 2,000 strikeouts.

Dan: Well, that’s true, but don’t you think a salad with low-fat dressing, maybe some baked chicken or….

Jeremy: I know what you’re saying Dan but listen, I tried that healthy eating stuff back in 2006 and my ERA ballooned to 3.31. I seem to have a different make-up than most people. I eat anything I want and I stay fit.

Man, that brings back memories.

Kerry Wood was so great and durable that I manually made sure that he would pitch every 4th day for most of his career, just to squeeze out every last inning, win and strikeout possible. I loved that association.

In a future editions there should be a mode with fixed parameteres (xml, ballparks, fictional players only etc) where you can upload great players and teams to an official online PureSim HOF. (Without the fixed parameters you would only see people who hit 2000 homers in 200 ft ballparks, so there would be little point in having a HOF).
