When I copy a scenario to modify,

a) I get no art in the startup page. Just blank pictures. What file needs to be renumbered to get the pictures?

b) I get most of the histories and commentaries - all for one side - but not quite all for the other. I can find the missing file and read it - and renumber it - but it never works. Is this normal?

You have to create a new shell art (AHistory, JHistory, etc) for each scenario, as well as new text files for each. You do this by hand manually.
