more playoff text glitches

during playoffs the Upcoming Games section of Teams page list games/days that have long since been passed. ie I finished the NLCS in 5 games on 10/22, but it lists unneeded games from the NLDS on 10/11 and 10/12 and unneeded NLCS games on 10/24 and 10/25. This appears to be the same for all playoff teams.
