Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I've been lurking for a couple of weeks and many of the posts on this board convinced me to purchase the game. It just arrived today and I'm thrilled, even though I only had some 15 minutes to look it over on my lunch hour. You can guess what I'll be doing tonight while my wife is attending her class

I've been looking for a strategic level PC game on Napoleon for a while now, and my google search lead me here. Seems like CoG is a solid program with a nice community of players and, most important of all, seems well supported by the developers.

I'm really looking forward to getting my feet wet tonight, starting with the manual and Ralegh's guides. Once I get a feel for the game perhaps a few of us could start up a PBEM game.

Great game. You will love it. Count me in when you are ready to play a multi player campaign. I used to play EIA H2H for years, and cannot wait to try playing live people in this one as well.
