just doing sum amphib practice...

35th brigade, 21st mixed brgd and other SNLF units along with arty and other units landed there on the 27th

12 days heavy fighting

sumhow they managed to sneak in about 8000 reinforcements

CA Furutaka and one DD were lost in this operation...

107 ac tho, but it was worth the price

i now have my choice of invading luganvile, or asutralia....
