v.7 to v 8.4?

v.7 to v 8.4?

Hello guys!

I didn´t play my old favourite game since one year, but now after a few rounds, i think i´m addicted again. I´m just working on a big city map (until now about 30h), and i hope i can show you in a few weeks. But what my questions are:

Can somebody tell me in a few sentences, what has changed from v7.0 (mega campaign - eastern front) to v8.4?
When i install the full version, do i have to secure my mape file first (overwrite)?
Are there any new map-graphics since 7.0.?
