Redleg's Dirty Dozen

Post by Warrior »

Two more scenarios have been added to the Dirty Dozen, bringing the total to 11. The latest are a Soviet Airborne Op and Norwegians vs Germans. Over 100 people have visited the page. Thanks to all of you, hope you remembered to sign the Guest Book!

Go, Warrior.

I want to add my thanks, too. I could hardly believe my eyes to see we had 100+ hits the first day.

Just in the process of adding the 12th and final scenario.

As other scenarios seem good enough to put forward, they will replace those that are now there. If all goes well, there will always be something new and different for your approval.

Man! Am I glad Version 7 is released!

If we all ask real nice, maybe Redleg will include some of his design tips on the page. He knows a lot of them, and they're all good.

Let me ask a dumb question: where is this page? Which website?

Looks like an outstanding selection, Redleg. Much thanks for the effort.

Can you say if any of the dirty dozen are appropriate for PBEM?

My page was orginally only intended to be a safe place to store my stuff in case of computer implosion, and I have scenarios there that haven't been posted anywhere else yet, but which will be in the Arsenal, Fabio's, The Raider's, etc., in the future. I keep forgetting to remove that link from Redleg's page. Maybe I'll just activate it instead.

PBEM scenarios.

I hope to have 2 to post soon. Testing pbem scenarios is very time consuming since it requires that the battle be played entirely through to check for bugs and balance.

The one I have more or less finished took a month to playtest via pbem.

The other is perhaps 1/2 tested.

If all goes well, these will be posted in a while.

Wow! Somehow I missed all of this until now. What a fantastic job, Redleg and Warrior. My congratulations. A fine pick of scenarios has been included done by guys who are definitely at the top of the best scenario designers around.

Very nice!
