Entire Poland is Free?

As Russia, I attacked Poland and conquered Minsk, Galicia, and another province before taking Krakow (and thus the remainder.) The province flags for Minsk &c showed the Russian Empire, while the Polish provinces I got by capturing Krakow all showed the little Polish flag indicating a captured province.

I formed a Polish protectorate in order to get the Duchy of Krakow levies and the services of the Polish General Staff.

Some months later, a group of Turkish Diplomats incite an insurrection in the Protectorate of Poland, and *all of Poland's original provinces*, including those Russia conquered individually and did not turn into a protectorate, revert to Poland.

Is this a bug?

Also, may I suggest forming a wiki wrt the rulebook &c? As fast as our game is changing, I don't think a centrally-designed rulebook is the most effective way to go.[;)]

That is the intended behavior.

Having a wiki is a good idea. We don't like to give away copies of the manual because of copy protection concerns, but I think that having a wiki for FAQ's, game tips, strategy, etc. would work very well.
