Hi

1. Have you sent off a note to Matrix support.

2. Try un-installing the game and install again. If you are running XP/2000, make sure that you can update the registry and can write into the install directory(ie have administration rights).

You dont need to manually update it, just ensure that your user logon/profile has permissions to update the registry. The patch needs access to the registry. Make sure your profile belongs to the Administrators group vs. the "Users" group. That should nix it in most cases.
