Ayup! Used by the Italians to bomb targets in Austria during WWI. A number of American crews flew missions in the plane as well. Imagine crossing the Alps in winter in those things...

I'm surprized just looking at any of the WWI bombers that they could even get off the ground[X(]

Interestingly enough, if WPO was set one year earlier (1921) you'd actually see a few. These we the big US Front line bombers until replaced by the MB-1/NBS-1 in 1921-22.
