For this time period...when Weimar was, to a certain degree, abiding by the Versailles treaty? [8|]

No. From 1920- 1932, the German navy was confined to coastal waters. The KM only began with Hitler's accession and even that was slow. Germany had a "black" Reichswehr and Lustwaffe under Weimar but it's easy to hide an airplane or a vehicle, not so a cruiser or battleship.

I know... But what would Schlesien and Schleswig-Holstein be doing in the Pacific?[8D]

Silly Rabbits.....

I meant that now that Tanker is done with WPO he can start with a Jutland scenario.....or even a WITA (war in the atlantic)

Failing that.....Matrix could embark on my master plan which would include War in the World and completely encompass the globe and all major and minor powers. I think 5 km hexes should be sufficient and we will need to have a rework of the land combat routines.

The game could cover both WWI and WWII, we would need complete control over R&D, economies etc.....

1 day game turns which should allow you to complete playing either by PBEM in about 5 - 8 years [:D]

Cheers

I know, I know...[:D]

Look for a Russo-Jap War scenario and/or a War Plan Red scenario first...

My point was, mostly, that there's not going to be a European version of this.

Actually, there could be if they want to go crazy and do the war plans against the RN and/or French. Your drean could be 1940: Brits anf French surrender, handing all or parts of their fleets to the Germans.

Actually, my favorite would be War Plan Black. France surrenders in 1916, and by 1918-1919 The USN and Hochseeflotte clash in the Carribean.

I've always wanted to get the series, but unfortuneatly don't have the time to play board games, or anyone to play them with. I'll probably pick them up though, they look pretty good. Their Plan Orange game isn't sold anymore though, so I guess I'll have to make do with mine [:D]

Yeeees, but that would require a humongous bit of work, not the least of which would be the drawing of a new map, exactly the size of the current WitP/WPO one. Two brave souls on the WitP forum have already tried their hand at such a thing, and FAILED.

It'll be next week, but not this weekend. So no need to keep hitting the refresh button, at least for the rest of today and tomorrow [:D]
