No P 40 replacements (CHS) ??

Don't know if this is a new "problem", nor CHS related, but I have some USAAF units which are not replacing to newer P 40's, even with hundreds in the pool.
The bases are well supplied, etc, and this is affecting all commands from approx 11/1942.
(I am now in 4/1943, have seen no changes, and have several P 36 groups not upgrading, and some P 40b units not upgrading..)
This problem is not the same as the new problem I am experiencing with North Pacific P 36 units no longer accepting pilots......
(This latter problem with pilots seems to be related to the 1.795 patch.)

No problems here. My struggle is getting the pool to build up in the first place. P-40Es are not produced out of any location....but you get 40 per month for replacements.

Nothing like the 700 or so Zeros some guys are producing in their games.[X(]

I've got a game with 300 being produced late 1942. That's the best I've done.

UPDATE:

My units are back to getting P 40's again.
Still no idea what the problem was.
In 3/43, I had maybe 140 in the pool, but P 40b units were not upgrading at all.
Some p 36 units have yet to upgrade, but I am watching them.
Plenty of supply and HQ units are close.
Don't mean to throw stones yet, but the fact is, I never noticed any of the "P 40 problem" till I upgraded onto an existing CHS game.
Maybe it took a while for the scenerio itself to adapt to the upgrade ????
