Here are a few more screenshots from a few minutes of playtest. This would be Tennessee at Alabama, circa 1940-1948. I've done just little editing of the Alabama lineup, but when I get a chance to work on it, I'll set them up to reflect the great Alabama teams of 1945-1949- the powerhouse teams with Harry Gilmer throwing passes from the tailback slot in the Notre Dame box formation. Although Bear Bryant and Don Hutson were long gone from the Bama scene by the time Harry Gilmer arrived, I will include them. Gilmer to Hutson and Gilmer to Bryant are too good to pass up.
Hey Old coach, got a question. I've noticed that in newer screenshots of the game that David is including more "life like" shadows of players, can you still choose circle shadows like earlier screenshots showed in the past? I have an older computer and I don't mind using less quaility graphics to run the game with.
Also, I've noticed that your screen shots use lower polygon Stadium models, is this adjustable too for lower end systems?
It's just the one screen shot. Old coach just happened to grab the picture during the rendering process when the players have been rendered in the new position but the shadows had not been given their new positions yet. (and grabbing a screen shot forces a render regardless of the state of the objects). Same thing happens with madden, if you grab the screen shot mid frame update, you only get some of the body parts. In game it's a non-issue and notice the other screen captures don't show this problem.
