Looking for Japanese Opponent

Post by AirGriff »

I'd like to start a new game with a Japanese opponent. I'm up for Scen 15 or a '42 start. I'm open to discuss house rules and initial settings, of course.

I have a pretty varied work schedule, so am unfortunately not able to do more than 3-5 turns a week, often morning email sends. Sometimes I can do more turns in a week, others less, so I need an opponent that is patient, but is definitely in for the long haul. I greatly dislike restarts and dicontinued games.

I am in only one other PBEM game and that's all I've done PBEM wise other than some aborted games due to early patches, so I'm only somewhat experienced. I played with UV, though, if that helps. Through my one PBEM and my AI games I think I'm good enough to give most Japanese players an even run for their money. I can start within a day or two, if not right away. Let me know!!

Would be willing to give you a "go" at it. My time lines are along yours, plus I'm involved with two other PBEMs. Would be of with #15 - let me know at this site and when you want to start - no house rules, but options and preferences can be discussed. Let me know - first move will take some time[X(].
