Problems with Crown of Glory

I have a problem...

Im a former game developer/manager. I was playing COG with my friend and engaged in a battle where I had 440,000 and during the 2nd turn added another army of 73,000 - The 440,000 was a total of 6, 7 armies together attacking a province of 220 thousand Brits. The extra added army brought that number to 510/520 to the Spainish (me). According to the number divisions on the field I should of had about 50 or more divisions on the field ... HOWEVER I only counted my 23... to his 22.... (including the extra army to 510/520,000) this is not right... I need to know if there is a coding error yous did not attend to in a patch.

22 and 23 sound about right; see the section in the rules on Battle Limits, 3.2. 22 is the base limit.
