The Manual

Which is the right manual to use?

the hard copy or the soft copy on disk because they appear to be different and i cant tell which one is the latest one

They should have the same content, just set up differently due to size issues I think. At least that's true for the US version. Can't say for sure about the international version.

the hard copy does not contain a word about the tutorials or scenarios, the cd version does.
the front cover picture is different too.

the box cover is rather funny too on the back.
i quote "experience gaming", "Gary Grygsby's World at War sports some fantastic, is not awesome gameplay"

As I don't see that typo on the US box, I'm assuming you have one of the localized boxes for Europe. Unfortunately, I've never seen the manuals produced for the International versions so I can't say what's different between the printed and on CD manual. Based on what you have said it sounds like the on CD version is more accurate, but I could be wrong.
