League Stuck in Signing Loop

I had this happen with the 2005 regular edition also. I am using the lastest version and I am playing with 2005 rosters. This was a league updated from the PS2005 regular edition (non gold!). Anyway, in simming a day, St Louis began signing and signing and signing free agents in an endless loop. I had to CTRL-ALT-DEL the game twice... Any ideas? Last time this happened, you (shaun) said it had to do with using a modified XML. This assn is with the vanilla xml provided with the game.

Try 1.2 and also see if you can manually fix St. Louis' roster and try moving on.
