Can you not load your troops onto your fleet from a foreign port you

...have access to??? My spanish troops will not load onto my fleet in a french port I have access to.... I want to invade England but cannot load... Do I have to go back to Spain to do this???

From the looks of this picture it is a troop capacity problem. You can only load one "green box" of troops per "white box" of fleet size. You have too many green boxes, not enough white.

check how many transports you have in your fleet... i actually dont think the spanish start with any. Jimwinsor its not the way you describe. You can only load x boxes of troops (cant remember quite how many), per number of transports. I think its about 30 000 troops for 10 transports, so 1 full unit of transports...

Hi these are the transports I have...

I cant get individual divisions to load either....

this is a french fleet i have on loan...

maybe this has something to do with it...

kind of makes borrowing transports useless if so....

I couldnt load from my Spanish fleet either so...

...apparently you cannot load troops onto borrowed fleets or from borrowed lands onto fleets....
