I think about adding mine racks to cruisers and destroyers. Will they be capable to lay minefields?

I just created Soviet ships - including cruiser Kirov - with mines. We'll see.

Hmmm, I don't know if they'll fit in a Mine Warfare Task Force, which seems to be the determinant, but please let us know if they do...
