Feture request : Rules

Please put in two links & Hotkeys so that we can access the rules and the latest Readme from within the game. This should be pretty easy and would be most helpful, especially in a game with no printed manual. For that matter, ALL games should have this feature!

I agree this feature should be added, in addition I would ask for a more expansive manuel. The current one does not give enough information, like what do each of the faces mean in the diplomacy window, or the full meaning of trade in the trade window, etc. The manuel needs some help[:-]
