Editing issues

I was wondering how to get the What if Vol 1 (German planes/ships and Final countdown skins) into my mod? I also had my first mod get completely wiped and everything was gone from slot 97. The scenerio title was still there and I still have a saved game (from where I was testing). Any suggestions or direction pointing would be greatly appreciated.
