Unexpected Error 3343

Downloaded PureSim Baseball-Gold Ediion last week, everything was working OK and I suddenly can't access the game. When I click on "play", I receive the above error and the game won't download. Anyone know how to resolve this? Hope this doesn't require a new download, I have dial-up service and it takes forever!!

2. Reinstall
3. One more re-boot

I have now gotten the same error message, and have tried your suggestion more than once. What else can I do?

I would uninstall the program as well, then re-install it.
