Another newby question, Moral

How do you raise unit moral? Rest, better leader, what?

I'd like to hear others responses to this question also.

However, I believe moral is much like supply and replacement systems in WiTP. That is, it has many factors that affect it. Moral will be significantly lowered by "bad" situations like severe casualties, forced retreat and low supply levels. "Good" things like rest, good leadership, the presence of HQ units and most of all victory will raise moral.

1) Rest
2) Supply
3) Support
4) Leader

in that order

I don't think you do anything about their morals at this point. Young GIs in a foreign country surrounded by South Pacific girls...

I'm thinking, give 'em the lecture on STDs and hope for the best.

For leaders i believe inspiration is the stat checked for morale increase and leadership for combat ability. So if your rebuilding units maybe move a CO with good inspiration as opposed to one with 'leadership' also i am 55% sure ( i.e not very) that admin skill may be a factor ?? anyone else care to make a guess on this ?

I thought admin skill applied mainly to the repair of disabled components, to supply and to replacements.
