Injury Bug

My shortstop got a moderate leg injury while hitting a home run and I got a message that I had to put another shortstop in, which I did. At the end of the game not only did he not have an injury, but the player I put in for him did not appear in the box score even though he had 2 AB's. The injury appeared in the game log as did the subs 2 AB's, but the game did not appear in the subs game log on his players card.

Another in game injury, this time the injured player did show as injured after the game but again the replacement I put in didn't show up in the box score nor did his 3 AB's. Not sure if this makes any difference but the replacement player was the same player that didn't show up last time.

My right fielder got a moderate neck injury while hitting a single. I got a prompt to replace him which I did. The replacements name appeared on the line up card but the injured player was still on first base and scored when the next batter hit a grand slam. After the game the replacement wasn't in the box score and the injured players injury was gone.
