repairing Factories

Ok let say I'm doing plenty of factory retooling. The manual says you only repair one factory per day. Is this per type or just one total. Lets say Tokyo and you've made a few changes, if you have the supply will 1 of each type of factory repair it self or will it pick and repair that one first?

Each one will repair 1 point provided that you have >10k supply + 1k supply points to spend on each one.
