What about SP3 manual!!???

I don't want to be a sticker about it, but I have very little experience with SP, it looks great and it looks I am missing A LOT of features (like that preassigned arty ones)
In one other threat I read it will be placed in downloads area. Will it????

obviously I am either stupid, or blind or both. I expected to find it in download CENTER, which is of course not the same as downloads SECTION. I was on the right page dozen times, just never scrolled to the bottom.
Sorry for bothering everybody with my ignorance. It will happen again (always does)
