muilti-player League

The Question that I have is this. We set up an association in sandbox mode, drafting players from 1900's to 2005. We are in muilti players mode, with 6 teams all human owned. We what to be able to manage are team during game play, but we are never giving that option. Only to Sim or watch. What are we doing wrong? Please help! Thanks, Dennis

That option is not available in the current version.
