Chinese Capture - Far East Inherit

In my game against Terminus the Chinese captured Port arthur and the icon and control area have changed to Far East Command.

He counterattacked at Luda and captured it changing it to the Japanese icon from Chinese. I counter counterattacked with Chinese troops and captured it but it turned to Far East Command.

What gives?

I have seen the same problem in my PBEM game. I posted it also but got now response.

This is known witp issue as well.. could be found in some late witp AARs... must be that originally these bases considered to be liberated by soviets, which very unlikely in wpo...
