What will be different.

Post by Ike99 »

I own the entire TOAW series, awesome game. Never have been great at them though. They still work on my XP system and I still play them. I'm just wondering because I do own the original series and they still run, what will the new Matrix addition offer me different from the older versions?

Thanks.

Sorry, you'll have to wait and see. Some of the things are mentioned as possible on the various boards.

Matrix generally won't announce release dates or features. It's a no win situation, if you announce something and it doesn't make it, people are disappointed. If you announce it and it makes it, and isn't perfect, people aren't happy. If you just announce it, some people will complain that it isn't what they wanted, etc. There's a slim chance that everything will go right and everyone will be happy.

Heck, I saw someone asking whether work on the PO would hamper the PBEM aspects.

The PO should be better, PBEM should be better, and there should be some other neat things, but that's all I'm going to say.
