How to move ground troops

Post by viking42 »

Question seems obvious but i'm really in troubles here.

When moving a group of about 6 divisions and a few support units to a chinese well occupied city, i give order to one of the biggest inf division to go there and the others to follow.

But then everytime my first division arrives completely alone in the chinese city, and thus has to retreat after a chinese shock attack, and the following units are stuck one or two turns behind.

How the hell can i get all the units arrive in the same turn in this ennemy city hex?

Does anyone know if they corrected the problem wherein a units movement was reset to zero if bombed by aircraft?

I don't think v1.602 is still out there for download. There are other beta versions out there, I think they're up to v1.795.

But like Cally (erm, Roman) said, follow the most fatigued and most disrupted unit.

Also, be advised that if your destination hex is NOT a base hex, and you are involved in combat (attack or bombardment), your movement will reset to 0.
