Can a defender have bumping a receiver as a logic choice?

If a defensive lineman is not given a logic choice, will he stay at home and defend an area?

Are there delay counts as logic for delayed blitzes or timed double stunts?

Can a defensive lineman be assigned the logic to drop back into a zone?
