Unfortunately, the time for the cache to clear on each site is unpredictable. The US site is separate and usually clears first, the rest are basically in a race. At most, it should take an hour to show up in the Canadian store unless you have a local cache or ISP cache that also needs to clear.

Yes, sorry about that. We are having a minor issue with setting up the keys in the Members' Club for M-F. Our web guy in Australia should be waking up any time now, so I expect to have it storted out in an hour or two. Try again later tonight or tomorrow morning please.
