A few tiny bugs

I noticed these in an American game:

- If a play results in a first down, and a 5-yard penalty is tacked on after that, it should be 1st and 10 at the new spot, not 1st and 5.

- If a team chooses to recive the opening kickoff, that team should kick off to start the second half, and vice versa. Currently the same team kicks off both halves.
