Illumination maps work in Ss4.0 but not 4.5?

Illumination maps work in Ss4.0 but not 4.5?

ok, so Illumination maps dont work in SS4.5? whats with that? When I use Magic 2.0 and add illumination (specualar) maps then save and try to use the ship in Ss4.5 I get this error:

Bounds error in List(0771260c) T=Material index=145 max=9

some of the numbers change but its repeats a couple hundred times and Ss ctd. Anyone got an idea.
