Major problem near endzone

This is major. I was doing a quick game, the offense drives down to the 3 yard line and throws an incomplete pass out of the end zone. The box comes up the ball had turned over. The offense huddles up about 10 yards behind the end zone, the defense lines up in the end zone. The offense comes up the ball the lines are almost lined up in the same space. The ball is snapped, the play stops and a box comes up saying the offense scored a TD. The defensive team then goes to the screen to pick the kickoff return. Big problem.

I've had incomplete passes go out the back of the end zone without a problem. Has this happened more than once? Do you remember what plays were run? Was this with the beta update or the official release?

First this was with the initial game, not with the update.

The plays used were created plays, but both worked without a problem in the open filed.

It appeared that the red start of possesion was behind the endzone where the ball hit, the first downline in the endzone. But both teams lineup up in the endzone. It seemed that at the snap the QB was in an endzone and the game treated it as if it was the oppositons end zone.

Build 1.088 (the first patch) should address this, and other instances of the ball being spotted in the endzone.
