Turn off Penalties

Turn off Penalties

I never liked penalties and I always turn them off no matter what the game because they are generated randomly so in reality it's not realistic enough no matter which game you are playing.

Have an option to turn them off [:)]

They are sort of random in the NFL too. I give the last Superbowl as an example.
