Does beta patch address your needs?

I'm on the fence right now about getting this game since I have other things going on. I see that there is a beta patch in the members area. Is this a "good" patch as far as the ordinary user is concerned? Would I be happy getting the game now with the beta patch or should I wait for the official release?

Well the latest one imporves on the passing a little when letting the teams duke it out on there own. I haven't tried coach mode or arcade mode yet.

But if your too far into your league and don't wanna start over then I would wait for the official patch. I have to start mine over because it dissapeared from the list in the utility set program. I can still play the games out but I'm gonna wait for the official incase I have to start it over.

OK, I ordered and downloaded the game [;)]

I only had a few minutes before I had to quit to take care of Real Life Stuff, but have to say that running at 1280x960x32 the onfield action looks better than expected. I'm sure I'm going to have some questions, being as I'm really not a football guy, but I just finished reading through the manual and I am pleased with what I seen so far.
