scroll rate inside artillery assignment screen

Is there anyway to slow the scroll rate inside the artillery assignment screen? it doesn't seem to be affected by the settings in preferences... I end up having to try to target my guns while zoomed all the way out since it scrolls too fast for me to center it on any targets.

If the scrolling works too fast, have you tried clicking on the minimap in the lower right corner?

You can center the box anywhere on the map with just one click where you want to look and or target.
