Cant get past creation of intial league

Ok just downloaded the game along with both updates. I start a new association get to the draft and no matter what I select the game doesnt allow me to move on. For example I can not select a player in the draft by hitting the select button nothing happens. If I try to view detailed player info I just get a white box with no info. I can't do anything on any of the menu's at this point but the game does not appear to be locked up. I have tried adjusting video settings sound options different league settings but laways end up at the same spot.

Hmm. Sounds environmental. First try rebooting. Next make sure you have all the latest windows updates for Internet Explorer installed.

If that does not work download this special diagnostic version of PureSim v1.21:

After downloading change into your c:\Matrix Games\PureSim Baseball 2005 Gold Edition folder and rename the existing "puresim2k5.exe" to puresim2k5.sav". Next, extract the exe in the zip file into the same folder and run the game again. Hopefully we'll get a more detailed error message, which you can email to shaun@puresim.com.
