computer crashes when i try to start league

Mr Winters ,I`ve had trouble with my game after i had to reinstall it after the first download from matrix . It worked good , but was having difficulty with saving teams so i reinstalled . Major problem now is everytime i try to start a new league from the menu , to star the edit of team names , as soon as i star it .I get a message saying Data type Mismatch in Criteria expression in procedure modgame . ScreenLeagueMain , below that it says to hit f9 to i guess restart . But nothing happens . Seems like comp is froze so i shut comp down . I`ve tried redownloading game 3 other times after the first problem still getting that prob. I`ve downloaded the patch from last week to but still not working great .

Please try the latest beta update from our Members' Club. Apply it over a clean install and let me know if that resolves the issue for you.

Eric thanks for advice , after downloading game several times . I looked at all stuff on my hard drive and looked like i had`nt deleted the bad game program totally . So did that downloaded it and patch . So far so good ,got most of my league almost ready thanks . Hopefully someday i`ll have expertise like other, people in forum to give advice .
